My first case arrived before the date given but unfortunately was damaged (Parcelforce clearly don't understand what the word fragile means). I spoke to Jane who was very apologetic and assured me the problem would be resolved quickly, in under a week a replacement case was sent to me, a service in my opinion that could not be bettered. I would like to add this in no way is a reflection on Striking Displays, quite the opposite of how efficient this company are. I'm very sastfied with my display case and hope to do business in the future, once again a first class service from a very professional company.
