Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Bespoke products and made to order items are not available for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched the following business day. Any orders that contain items that are in backordered status will ship immediately upon manufacture of the backordered item(s).
    We ship using Parcel Force for the majority of our boxed orders, large, oversized or very heavy items will need to sent by pallet using Pallet Track.
  • Privacy & Security

    Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for their mailing or marketing purposes.

    When you make a purchase from our website, we do collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers. We comply fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer laws and we'll treat all your personal information as fully confidential. 

    In order to protect your financial details we use Sage Pay to handle all our online credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order.

  • Returns & Replacements

    RETURNS
    Striking Displays Ltd will not accept the return of goods without prior consent. Bespoke products and made to order items will NOT be accepted for return unless these have not been made to the specification stated on ordering. The return of stock products in unused, re-saleable condition with their original packing, may be possible at the discretion of Striking Displays Ltd, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods your intent to return. The return any product found to have been used will be refused a refund and if refunds are issued, it will be for the product(s) value only, shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of returning the products and to pack sufficiently to ensure that Striking Displays Ltd receives the goods and that they are not damaged in transit.

    Any items that are received damaged by the customer must be reported to dispatch@strikingdisplays.com within 48 hours, please attach images of the damaged items and packaging, you will be required to retain the goods until advised by us. You will also be required to fill out and return a damage questionnaire from the courier. We will send replacements at the earliest opportunity (please allow additional time for bespoke or made to order items).
  • Ordering

     All Stock items to be ordered through the website or via email to sales@strikingdisplays.com, strictly no telephone orders accepted. Bespoke orders may be invoiced by a proforma, this is your opportunity to check the order is correct before payment.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and shipping.

    Payment is always with order unless otherwise arranged. Goods remain the property of STRIKING DISPLAYS until they are paid for in full.
    As product designs & specifications are constantly changing we reserve the right to alter items & prices without notice.
    Changes to bespoke orders once work has commenced will incur further costs.

    We have a minimum order value for bespoke orders of £50.00 plus delivery and vat.

  • Viewing Orders

    You can view your previous order information at any time by visiting My Orders.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-left of any page). Here you will find the 'edit'  links to update your contact information, address details or change your password.
